They say you eat with your eyes. I believe it.
Assignment for Huck Pie. We start out with really great photography. The pruchetto and brussels sprouts in the pizza were getting a little lost in the cheese. Stock images were used to bring out those ingredients in the recipe. The cheese was made to look more melty. The sandwich needed more defined grill marks, cheese to look more melted, and the layer of fig spread to show.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but sometimes you want your picture to saw only a few words. Or one word: DEE-LISH!
